Nutrition Planning Service in Philadelphia

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests for some type of Nutrition Service, it is finally here! Stay Young Fitness Corporation is now offering a Nutrition Planning Service, performed by our newest staff member Katie Cavuto. Katie is a registered dietician and personal chef. She has a background in exercise science from the University of Pennsylvania, a culinary nutrition degree from Johnson and Wales University, and a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Tufts University in Boston. She has been seen locally on both CN8 and Fox News doing several health and fitness segments. there.

Nutrition Planning Service

We are now offering a nutrition planning service to our clients who live in the Philadelphia region. We will analyze your current diet, and create a custom meal plan that will tell you what to eat, when to eat it, and how much to eat. This is, by far the easiest way to lose weight, and keep it off. No more counting calories, or adding points. Learn to eat the right way. Here's how it works:
1. You will fill out our comprehensive nutrition planning forms so we can gather all of your current eating and lifestyle habits
2. We will analyze your current eating patterns and nutrition
3. Our Nutrition Expert will meet with you in your home to go over the forms and your goals, as well as explain all details of your program
4. We will decide for you exactly how many calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates you need to reach your goal
5. Our personal trainers will go to all of your favorite dine in and take out restaurants to collect their menus
6. We will highlight the foods to order and how to order them when eating at your favorite places
7. We will develop a detailed meal plan, laying out exactly what to eat, when, and how much to eat of it
8. We will often e-mail you healthy and delicious recipes for you to enjoy, as well as nutrition tips to help you on your way
9. We will meet with you once a month to evaluate your progress, as well as to reassess any new nutritional needs

Here’s how it works:
You will receive a full thorough physical examination by your physician prior to your start date. All medical information will be forwarded to your team of trainers. Your physician will be contacted to discuss the program which you are about to partake in.
You will meet with your lead trainer to discuss your goals, then receive a full physical fitness evaluation, testing your muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, bodyfat analysis, and circumference measurements.
You will meet with a Certified Nutritionist prior to your start date. He/she will develop a meal plan suited for your goals. This will be followed to the exact specifications of the plan.
Our personal chef will cook at least 4 meals per week for dinner and 2 lunches for you to eat during the week, then deliver them to your door.
You will be in constant contact with your lead trainer. You will give your next day’s schedule to your lead trainer daily.
Your team of trainers will assemble a rapid weight loss strategy for you. You will be notified of the terms and rules with which you must adhere to.
